Bookkeeping is the routine practice of keeping records of the financial affairs of your business. These records are essential as they are used to produce your annual accounts and your tax returns.
Although it isn’t the most exciting of activities, it is arguably the most important and if done incorrectly, it often causes a chain reaction of errors in your tax and accounts submissions.

What?
What is your process to complete my bookkeeping?
1) Link your bank accounts
We will link your business bank accounts to the accountancy software. This enables us to account for all of the money coming in and out of your accounts.
2) Upload your documents
We will ask you to upload all of your documents via the mobile app or through the accountancy software on your computer.
3) Create your records
We will enter all of your transactions and complete your accounting records in the accountancy software. These will go through our internal review process so you have assurance that it has been reviewed by Chartered Accountant.
4) View your records at any time
You will have access to the accountancy software and can track the performance of your business.
Cost?
How much will my bookkeeping cost?
Please note that bookkeeping is an add-on service to our accountancy packages.
Our bookkeeping services start from only £20 per month, for up to 40 transactions per month. Additional transactions are charged at £0.50 per transaction.
Your bookkeeping will be fully completed annually, unless you are using our VAT returns or monthly management accounts services.
